EARTH DAY FESTIVAL AT RIVERFRONT PARK.(CAPITAL REGION)

TROY -- Rensselaer County and the city of Troy will be hosts to a large Earth Day celebration at Riverfront Park from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The Saratoga-based national recording artists, the Figgs, with local favorites, Lughead and Rob Skane, will appear.

The event is sponsored by the Rensselaer County Environmental Management Council with support from the County Legislature and other sponsors.
